Initial Consultation 

Let's get to know each other! Review your space together and how it's currently used, how you would like it to function. We will review your style and what you're drawn to. At this meeting we determine what the end goal is both functionally and conceptually. 

 

Trade Day: 

• On-site measurements

• Photos 

• Meeting with vendors/ sub contractors to determine costs 

• Final criteria meeting 

 

Floor Plans: 

• Customize design based on client lifestyle and initial consultation.

• Discuss and review project budget.

Mood Boards & Design Scheme:

The initial presentation is inspired by you and thoughtfully curated to satisfy both luxury and functionality. At this phase, we go over:

• Color palettes 

• The initial design concept 

• Material recommendations

 

Conceptualization:

• Specifications of Furniture, Materials, and Color Palettes are presented 

• Revision of proposed designs as required for final approval

• 3D's presented as neede

• Preliminary budgeting/cost projections for contract

 

Design Development:

• Continued planning from our extensive mix of resources

• Custom furniture/millwork details, cabinetry

• Coordination of sub-contractors

 

Project Administration:

• Placement of orders

• Order tracking

• Furniture inspection and assembly

• Furniture installation & styling

• Closure meeting to resolve any issues

 

 

Fee Structure: Flat rate determined by scope of work and quoted after initial consultation.
